Risk management

When handling a Client’s matters we provide risk management advises on issues arising from the matters we handle. We have also developed and sharpened our skills in conducting due diligence, which is a high level of risk management.

Integrity

Members of the Firm and the employees are required to observe high level of integrity, which supplements our professionalism. All our clients are encouraged to disclose to the firm any element of lack of integrity by any member of the firm.

Quality control

One of the key tasks of the Managing partner is to control quality of our work. Aiding tools in quality control include quarterly performance appraisals of every professional staff, four eyes principle in which every assignment is handled by at least two people before it is approved as final, conducting professional meetings to evaluate assignments of the ending week and discuss those of the coming week.

Convenience and comfortable

Our Client will find our services very convenient because we receive instructions twenty-four hours by any means of communication at the interest of the client and we keep the client abreast of his matters.

Making the client understand his matter

For every matter we handle we start by prefacing it with a guiding legal opinion to guide the Client and the firm in the conduct of the matter. The opinion includes analyzing facts involved, sorting out issues and analyzing the position of the law. In all court cases and non-court matters there has to be a guiding legal opinion that explores the matter at length to give direction. There are few matters which may not require a guiding legal opinion and when it happens as such a client is informed well in advance, and a consensus is reached.

Regular reporting

For all assignments, we do reporting on the progress of their matters either monthly or weekly depending on the nature of the subject matter and also depending on the client’s preference. The report includes the brief of the matter, development in the matter, the following scheduled dates for cases, and any other information, which is necessary according to the test of the client.

Expeditiousness and excellence

Our focus is to see to it that all client’s matters are handled with utmost efficiency, without delays and get timely conclusion. Our slogan for quality is perfection and excellence with zero default.
