Experience: Frank is a Legal Practitioner with over 15 years’ experience with specialty in mining/oil/gas laws, Corporate law, labour law, property law, intellectual property, media law, tax law and litigations. His experience include:

  • Managing Partner at Apex Attorneys Advocates from October 2008 to date.
  • Chief Legal Advisor and Corporation Secretary at Muhimbili National Hospital from April 2006 to December 2009.
  • Advocate, Law Associates Advocates from December 2005 to April 2006.

Mariam is a Legal Practitioner with over 14 years with specialty in property law, registration of mining companies and respective legal compliance requirements, Banking Laws, intellectual property, corporate law, media law, and litigations.

Imam is a Legal Practitioner with 21 years’ experience with speciality in Arbitration of mining, oil and gas disputes, labour laws, media law, tax laws, property laws, mining gas and oil laws, corporate law, litigations, loan recovery, probate and administration of estate.
